Fund Director Recruitment Practices Report

In April 2025, MFDF released the report from its January 2025 survey of fund boards on recruitment practices. The report offers findings relating to recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, candidate slates, and consideration of future recruitment. Also included are guiding questions for boards as they consider their own recruitment practices.
