MFDF Presents the Fund Governance and Regulatory Insights Conference – March 6-7 in Washington DC

MFDF will host its annual Fund Governance and Regulatory Insights conference on March 6-7 in Washington, DC. Sessions for the conference include panels covering ETFs, AI technology in the fund industry, fund compliance developments, and a legislative and regulatory update, among other topics. SEC Director for Investment Management, Natasha Vij Greiner, will join MFDF President Carolyn McPhillips, for a fireside chat to discuss the Division’s rulemaking priorities and other industry-related topics. The conference will also offer breakout sessions focused on Audit Committee issues, alternative investments, and digital assets with an optional program for fund director candidates to attend a discussion with current board members to learn more about their board journey.
