MFDF Webinar: Skills Matrices in Fund Boardrooms

On Wednesday, December 18 at 2:00pm ET, MFDF plans to host a webinar titled “Visually Mapping Board Composition: Skills Matrices in Fund Boardrooms.” The session will cover the applications of skills matrices in fund boardrooms, including how they may be useful in self-assessment and recruitment processes, as well as in circumstances of leadership succession planning and board mergers. Panelists include MFDF’s Leslie Beckbridge; Gwen Williamson, Partner at Faegre Drinker; and James Polisson, Nominating and Governance Committee Chair on the Allspring Funds’ board.
