MFDF and FUSE Research Fund Governance Survey on Committee Structures

MFDF has partnered with FUSE Research to collect data from fund boards on their practices around committee structures. Specifically, MFDF and FUSE would like to gather data from directors regarding the decision to organize committees as either committees of the whole or separate committees. All fund directors are encouraged to participate to provide for a representative data set that can serve as a basis for a report for boards on committee practices. Importantly, none of the information collected through the survey will be attributed in any way to any board, company, or participant. Data will be collected until May 24, with the report to be distributed thereafter.
