Event of Interest: Brookings to Host Webcast on the Rise and Risk of Private Credit

On Thursday, April 4 at 1:30pm ET Brookings plans to host an event titled “Why is private credit growing so fast? Is it a risk to financial stability?” The event will focus on the growth of private credit, concerns from certain banks about competition, and fears from regulators about the impact on financial stability. Panelists include representatives from Moody’s Ratings, BlackRock, the IMF, and a professor from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
