Event of Interest: Incident Response Forum Ransomware Conference

On Thursday, January 12 Cybersecurity Docket will host the 2023 “Incident Response Forum Ransomware” virtual conference which will include presentations from senior government cybersecurity officials from the FBI and OFAC as well as nearly two dozen other legal and consulting professionals in the field of ransomware response. Panels will focus solely on the field of incident response and ransomware attacks and include professionals from Ropes & Gray, Kirkland Ellis, and Cooley LLP, among many others. Additionally, Kathryn Turlo an Enforcement Officer with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, Bryan Smith a Section Chief for the Cyber Criminal Section at the FBI, and David Hirsch of the Crypto Assets & Cyber Unit at the SEC will present on developments and trends in the public sector.
