Event of Interest: Webinar on Proposed ESG and Fund Names Rules

On Tuesday, September 20 at 12:00 p.m. ET, Davis Polk and McKinsey & Company will host a joint webinar on recent SEC proposals to enhance ESG disclosures and fund name requirements for registered funds. Recently proposed SEC rules regarding fund disclosures signal increased regulatory expectations that will require asset managers to build capabilities in coming years (ex.
