Dechert Broadcast on LIBOR Update

In a recent recorded program Matt Hays, a partner in Dechert’s Global Finance practice, hosted a discussion on the LIBOR transition with David Bowman, senior associate director at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. They discussed topics such as LIBOR cessation timing, the SOFR and alternative rates, and legacy issues including what market participants should do about existing contracts and documents that refer to LIBOR.
