Forum Comment Letter on the SEC's Liquidity Risk Management and Swing Pricing Proposal

On January 13, 2016, the Forum submitted a comment letter in response to the PCAOB’s “Concept Release on Audit Quality Indicators.” The Forum’s letter acknowledges the importance of audit integrity, but finds that disclosure regarding the measures of audit quality put forth by the PCAOB would be of little use to shareholders of registered investment companies.
