Forum Comment Letter on the SEC Proposal for Removal of References to Credit Ratings from Rules Governing Money Market Funds

On September 14, 2014, the Forum submitted a comment letter to the SEC regarding re-proposed rule amendments that would remove references to credit ratings from certain rules under Investment Company Act, particularly rule 2a-7, that govern money market funds.
