SEC Schedules Open Meeting on Money Market Fund Reform

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, June 5 to consider proposing amendments to the rules governing money market funds. In addition, the Commission also will consider related changes to Form PF – the reporting form for investment advisers to private funds, certain commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors.
