MFDF Webinar: The SEC's Derivatives Proposal - New Director Responsibilities

In December 2015, the SEC issued a long-awaited proposal regarding fund use of derivatives. The SEC proposes a new regulatory regime for fund use of derivatives that would call upon fund boards to undertake new responsibilities. Tomorrow at 2pm, join Alison Fuller, a partner at Stradley Ronon, as she provides an overview of the proposal, highlighting the intended role for fund boards if the rules are ultimately adopted.

This webinar will be aired live from 2:00 to 3:00 Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
