Webinar Archive: Proposed HSR Rule Changes: Impact on Asset Management

In the fall of 2020 the Federal Trade Commission proposed changes to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act regulations; if enacted they would change long-standing aggregation principles and impact existing exemptions used by asset management clients, making compliance more time consuming, complex and costly. While there is no ETA on the publication of the final rules this webinar outlined the proposals and how they different from current reporting obligations.
