As visual representations of information about a group of people, skills matrices can be helpful in self-assessment and recruitment processes, as well as in circumstances of leadership succession planning and board combinations. This webinar drew out key aspects of the Creating and Using Skills Matrices guidance recently published by MFDF with additional insights from inside the board room from Gwen and James.
