Webinar Archive: The SEC’s Derivatives Rule: What Fund Directors Should Know

The SEC proposed rule regulating investment company use of derivatives, if adopted, will be transformative for fund directors. While the rule is not yet final, conventional wisdom is that the final rule will include many of the basic requirements contained in the proposal.  It's not too early for advisers, lawyers, CCOs and fund directors to understand the basics and start planning for the time when the proposal becomes a reality.
