The Directors' Institute offers independent directors an unique opportunity, using a case study format, to discuss new approaches to critical boardroom issues with experts and their peers in the fund industry.
Registration for the 2023 Institute will require proof of a COVID-19 vaccination for all registrants as well as a waiver of liability. All attendees must be fully vaccinated (received second and/or booster shot) by January 6, 2023.
