Interval Funds and Tender Offer Funds - Potential Growth Areas for CEFs
Forum Webinar Series
Thursday, April 25, 2019
02:00 PM - 03:00 PM
As the IPO market for traditional listed closed-end funds continues to remain slow, more closed-end funds are being structured as interval funds and tender offer funds. These funds are not listed on a stock exchange, are offered on a continuous basis and may provide certain advantages over listed closed-end funds. Jennifer Gonzalez, a partner at K&L Gates, will discuss some of the differences between interval funds and tender offer funds and certain issues fund directors may face in overseeing these funds.
This webinar will be broadcast live from 2:00 to 3:00 Eastern time on Thursday, April 25, 2019.
