Timothy Jenkins has more than 30 years of experience representing corporations and trade associations before Congress and the federal regulatory agencies, with a focus on financial services and pharmaceutical industry lobbying. Mr. Jenkins is also one of the nation's leading attorneys advising on federal elections and government ethics law. He advises Fortune 50 companies throughout the U.S. on gift rules, lobbying registration, and election laws. Mr. Jenkins frequently advises corporations and other businesses with an international presence on compliance with the provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Foreign Agents Registration Act. He combines three decades of legal experience with previous work as a legislative staffer and extensive contacts with Congress and the Administration to provide cost effective strategic advice to his clients.
