SEC's Panelists and Agenda for Small Business Forum

The SEC has announced the agenda an panelists for Thursday's Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation.  As we mentioned in our November 4 and October 28 posts, the SEC will host this annual forum on Thursday, November 19, 2009, from 9:00AM to 5:30PM, at its Washington, DC headquarters located at 100 F Street, NE.  The forum's morning panels will focus on the state of small business capital formation and the SEC's "accredited investor" definition.  In the afternoon, breakout groups made up of the forum's attendees and panelists will develop recommendations to facilitate small business capital formation.
