The SEC has announced the panelists and final agenda for the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Roundtable to be held tomorrow, July 7.
The roundtable is scheduled to begin at 10:00AM at the Commission's Washington, DC headquarters at 100 F Street NE, and will feature three panels representing investors, smaller public companies, and regulators. The panel discussions will focus on topics such as investor understanding of IFRS, the effects of the conversion on smaller public companies, and on the benefits and challenges of converting from US GAAP to IFRS.
