As we mentioned in our July 30 post, "SEC Announces Roundtable on Short Selling and Securities Lending," the SEC will hold two days of roundtable meetings on securities lending and short selling at their headquarters on September 29 and 30.  The Commission has released agendas for both days, with the first day concentrating on securities lending, and the second on short selling:
